The hot melt kettle is furnished with an efficient stirring arm and a 50 - mm insulation layer. This setup ensures uniform heating of the material, guaranteeing consistent quality throughout the melting process. To further enhance material mixing, the rotation direction of the stirring arm is automatically selected, adapting to different material viscosities and processing requirements.

Moreover, the hot melt kettle comes equipped with a thermostat designed specifically for thermoplastic materials. This thermostat can maintain temperatures ranging from +50°C to +230°C. An integrated display is also provided, which clearly shows the actual temperature of the thermoplastic material. As a standard feature, the hot melt kettle is supplied with a diesel burner, and the display also reflects the relevant temperature information of the burner, enabling operators to closely monitor and control the heating process.
