   The hot melt kettle features an efficient stirring arm and a 50-mm insulation layer, ensuring uniform heating of the material. Its rotation direction is automatically optimized to enhance material mixing. Equipped with a thermostat, it can maintain thermoplastic material temperatures ranging from +50°C to +230°C. An integrated display shows the actual temperature of the thermoplastic material. Additionally, a diesel burner is provided as a standard component.

   • The kettle body features a frame structure. Between the inner liner and the outer cover plate, there is an insulation board filled with insulation material. It is equipped with a double - helix full - kettle - liner heating system.

   • Hydraulic two - way stepless agitation is employed, with a BM500 motor.
