HW-Sewage Treatment Truck

The sewage treatment truck is powerful and can quickly process septic tank waste.  It achieves efficient solid-liquid separation through a drum-type or auger-type separation chamber, processing 80-100 cubic meters of sewage per hour. After separation, the wastewater can be discharged into municipal pipelines, and the solid waste is bagged and transported away. It can also be equipped with high-pressure cleaning and pipe dredging functions, allowing for continuous operation and convenient handling, effectively solving sewage disposal problems.

Function Configuration

High-efficiency suction function: Equipped with high-power suction equipment, such as the SK-9 or SK-6 water-ring vacuum pump, which offers a suction rate of up to 6 cubic meters per hour and a vertical self-priming height of up to 9 meters. This allows for the rapid suction of sewage from septic tanks and sewage pools into the vehicle's treatment system.  The suction hose can be up to 20 meters long and still operate normally.

Solid-liquid separation function:  Uses a drum-type or cutter-type solid-liquid separator. The drum-type separator uses centrifugal force to separate secondary intercepted solid impurities from the wastewater by throwing them against the drum wall; the cutter-type separator can crush large solid waste and then separate it. At the same time, the mesh can further capture smaller solid particles, and the separated solid waste can be compressed and packaged for easy disposal.

Function Configuration

The tank body is sealed to prevent pollution: it collects, transfers, cleans, and transports sludge and sewage, avoiding secondary pollution. The suction truck can self-suction and self-discharge, with fast working speed, large capacity, and convenient transportation. It is suitable for collecting and transporting liquid substances such as feces, mud, and crude oil. The suction truck adopts a vacuum pump with leading domestic technology, which has strong suction force and long suction range, making it particularly suitable for suction, loading, transportation, and unloading of sediment in sewers, especially for suction of larger objects such as sewage mud, silt, stones, and bricks. It is mainly used for suction of sewage in urban sewers, cleaning and transportation of feces in septic tanks.
